I have a client that wants 4 webcams in his business, and wants to allow upto 50 people to view the streams.

I have the servers and bandwidth (as I do colocation) but I need someone to teach me how to configure the server to take the one stream and multicast it. The closest we can get to full speed/sound video the better. Prefer to run on windows boxes as that is what I colo for him currently.
