I think not ... you put any group of people in that environment and the same shit will happen ... it's called survival and panic ...ya there are a few bad seeds that do fucked up things but that would happen anywhere ... a black guy taking a $200 TV gets right on the news but the white biz men that commit millions in insurance fraud during the rebuilt will go unreported .. crime is crime ...some just makes better photo opp ...
