I just want to put out a big warning sign about opening up a food franchise. I used to own 2 Dunkin Donuts shops in NY and it was nutso. Never open something that is open 24/7 and requires tons of low-skilled labor to make it function. There are always labor issues that zap every ounce of your energy and things manage to go to shit several times a day every day.

With laundramats, I see there are a lot that do a combo with some other idea to help people occupy their time while the load is spinning (like a bar, video arcade...).
