are you kidding me? no "help" such as coast guard or police or national guard should have to be put in danger to HELP RESCUE people... and that is exactly what is happening. this is the UNITED STATES, not fucking iraq.
sure it's not all the people there, but there is enough acting like complete fucking idiots that I sure as hell wouldn't want to volunteer.
