Yes, it was covered up to $100 but they want to know exactly what was there. It was a g/b shoot on 2 CD's. I have the originals so the only loss is the shipping and about a buck for the CD's themselves.
If I try to justify it any other way then it could be insurance fraud and I'm not really into that stuff this week.
I've request an official letter from UPS to give the client as well as free overnight shipping of the replacement CD's.
I actually have to wait for somebody to approve this request. You would think it would automatically be done without question.
