Wasn't meant to be funny. When I see cops rifling through clothing at WalMart it means the place has gone to hell.
At least the guy in this pic is trying to stand up for what is his. The place is ripe with trash and needs to be brought under control.
Maybe if the people that are doing the looting and raping down there start to take a few bullets it will send a message to the rest of them.
