If you want to make as much money as possible then go with Dreamsubmitter or Advancedsubmitter, they are the most professional tools and offer the most features. But be prepared that you'd have to work and learn for your money.
If you'd just like to submit a gallery every now and then without much hazzle, and don't want to maintain your own DB of sites then go with chameleon.
