come off it. do you HONESTLY think that you can blame one person for the shit happening in new orleans? do you honestly think that george bush has the power to make things perfectly OK within a matter of a few days, but simply chooses not to? WHY would he do that? to make himself look like an ass in front of the nation like he is now? of fucking course not.
fact is is that no one was prepared for this, and it doesn't matter who was in office, it always takes a catastrophe of such magnitude to really effect change and preparation. you can't simply throw all of your soldiers down there without taking the necessary time it takes to plan and prepare.
