as of this morning, (11:48 est) i haven't heard from them, but i know they are trying to conserve their cell phone charge. they were lucky enough to find somone who was able to charge both their phones before they began heading north.

as far as checking on your friends who also worked as casinos in that area, i will ask carol when i talk with her, as she worked in one of the establishments that was totally destroyed. i'm sure she had friends or knew people in her line of work.
