Honest: The Flash work is paaaaainfuuuuully drawn out..... and doesn't integrate well with the rest of what you got there.... the menu needs work, it's partially obscured by the cheesy lightning and in that bland BankGothic font with no defining background whatsoever.... and the music really sucks dude....
