He is responsible for the whole mess.
He is the one who decided to let the looting take place.

Looks like he doesn't know shit about his own city, they started looting food and got on to TV's and computers and.... you know the rest.
For all of you who love anarchy and thinks government is bad, well this is a good example of what would happen if we were ever plunged into anarchy.
The fucking mayor let the situation get like that, if he had told the police to shoot the first looters, there would not be a situation like we have now, where gangs of thugs are running the city.
He should resign, he is a shame and a scam, so now he is playing the blame game.
