" i am stupid".....when the mayor says to evacuate the WHOLE city then tells people to go to a place in that same city, and they listen to the latter they are stupid!... and for keeping a supply of water?...yes they should have in california we have quakes if one levels my locale i have proper amounts of food and water stored, and i am by not much richer than these "poor people"...and again if bums can hitchike so can needy citizens that are more likely to be given a ride so the transportation issue is still flawed
