Many countries have offered aid... Heck, even the Canadian army (which is not technically an army but is instead geared for peace keeping / humanitarian missions) was prepared to come down with a minutes notice BUT too bad Bush turned them down.
I would wager that the Canadian Army could be fully deployed with water purification units and safety centers within 24hrs. We can't fight any country but we should can make the booboos feel better pretty damn quick
God damn, even Chavez offered supplies, reduced oil prices, and medical attention. I seriously thought the majority of GFY'ers were educated but KOSTA is definately a clueless ignorant ass.
