All the years I've been doing this I've found that domain pricing is very subjective. It's far from being a science unless there's traffic to a domain in which case some buyers have a formula they could apply to it. The trick is simply finding the right buyer. For years I've just gotten random offers on domains and sold them privately without ever marketing any of them. I would be very happy with selling even 5 or 10 of the domains and just continuing to hold on to the rest.
