Canada has already helped , BVF just had his head up his ass when he added canada to that list.
Of any country that has come to america's aid when they have been in trouble , canada is always one of the first..
USA owes canada BILLIONS of dollars in illegal tarif's of lumber ( i.e. NAFTA )
So they already have plenty of canadian money..
