Singapore (you know as in the area where the tsunami hit) did it that morning...they were the 1st to raise a price of a barrel of S China Sea oil (that US discovered and at one time drilled for and pumped) to $70 Monday AM...c'est la vie say the old folks, it goes to show...you never can tell...wait....YES YOU CAN...
