BVF is again right on the money. If you're watching the ABC Special about Katrina, they're saying the same thing. This addition is that it may be too expensive to rebuild.
The demolition costs and labor alone will take years. Rebuilding after that after the new building codes will take years...
And then there'll be more hurricanes. They don't stop just because of FEMA.
