That's a lot of weight, man. I have been working out hard for only nine months and I still am benching about thirty pounds less than my body weight of 155 lbs. for a full ten reps with a spot on the last few. My chest is growing steadilly, but it will be a while until I can do body weight several times. I care more about looking good than lifting heavy weights as possible anyway, since all this training and boxing class have been hurting my forearms and elbows with strains and tendonitis.
