The day you are effected by a car wreck where a seatbelt could of made all the diffrence then you can bitch and moan about the 100 dollar ticket you get for not strapping a simple seat belt on.
You are the type of person that needs to be drug to the scence of an accident wher ethe driver or passenger was not wearing a seat belt
you need a reality check
and if you honestly belive it is againts your rights as being an ameican in this country THEN GO TO THE FUCKING GOVERMENT or move OUT.....
