HM.. well, I reflect intelligent Canadians opinions; you think it's intelligent and best for society to allow people to build in flood plains, below sea level, etc. etc..? Perhaps try expanding your mind.
And of course I don't reflect the opinion of all Canadians.. if you think that, or anyone, then they're dumb. I reflect my own opinion.
