On CNN, Bush talking about aid to the NOLA people..

(paraphrased) "... federal guvmint has plenty of resources to help.. in the meantime, America will pray for you"

I understand that almost every president would say "our prayers are with you" or "god bless" or something like that.. but this one actually thinks it will make a difference.
