Not sure who was on the phone but she said she spoke with a fire captain who was trying to rescue people that were stuck in their attics or had climbed on the roof last night. He worked a 10 block area and rescued 75 people himself, while several other boats rescued many people in the same 10 blocks.

He didn't think they got them all even with all that and that's just 10 blocks.

At least 40k homes are underwater there. Could be really bad.
