Ahh the human condition -- I love it!

Well I feel you man -- when I was in high school shit I was a brooding romeo -- spending my days and nights in pools of emotional drool over some random chick... It seem to feel less and less each year until lately... But it's not just you man -- this is men in general -- we can detach our feelings a lot easier -- and women hate us for it...

You want to feel that emotion for her? Smoke some weed -- seriously. That'll get you feeling like you're human again. Stay off GFY -- listen to some depressing classical music -- walk in the rain -- read some depressing novel -- drink in the darkest pub you can find -- read some old love letters... If you still feel nothing for the girl -- fuck she's not the one... Damn you should already know if she's right for you or not.

Just don't blow it by being honest -- that's the stupidest fucking advice... If there's one thing I learned -- you got to make the girl feel special no matter what -- if you let her know you have doubts or if you even suggest SLIGHTLY that you are interested in other girls besides or -- or if you SLIGHTLY suggest that you may not be with her FOREVER -- you are FUCKED... If she doesn't feel like she's the ONE -- then you might as well tell her to piss off... Don't even compare her to a celebrity or say that she reminds you of anyone else... She's 100% fucking original. Charm her to death even if it's all a lie... at least lie to her until you know for sure how you feel abour her. You don't sound too sure to me... Sounds to me you're just kindof detached -- but she may not be the reason you feel detached.

Maybe tell her you feel detached in general and you want her to help you feel alive again. That may work in your favor ;)
