btw.. did you get the firmware right from pioneer or is it one of the hacked versions?
when you extracted... were there 2 files? (one .exe and one.120)
if you grabbed a hacked version, try the pioneer version.

never had a problem updating mine before i tossed it... but my last upgrade was to 114.. and that was like a year ago..
