I got tired of the crappy customer service and attention to existing customers by my old carrier. I got a deal on a sidekick II this weekend, the thing rocks.

Question, how long does it take for them to get it all set up? I can make outbound calls and recieve calls on a temporary number but they haven't changed the number from my old carrier to the new one.

By the way these Sidekicks are kickass.
