I send most of my traffic to
Casino Coins and
Referback - Casino Coins because their casinos aren't as exposed as some of the others, and both of them because I've had good results from them :-)
I use revshare - in the short run pps may do better, but all you need is one whale, I've had single players drop as much as 8-10K in a month, which is very nice money on revshare :-)
