That is for an affiliate account, that I am not getting paid for at all, lately.
I asked support chat for a contact to some supervisor or soemone in the management but they refuse to give me any contact beyond payments.

how come you have a separate affiliate account? all my verotel accounts are merged into 1 and get ACH for all of 'em like clockwork. However, before setting up ACH my checks were always getting lost in the mail for whatever reason.. but they did pay for all lost checks thru ACH as soon as it was setup so try setting up either ACH or wire.
