only 'a few' good registered but unused domains are left and often it's impossible to get in touch with the owner

seeking such names is actually hard work and contacting the owner often even harder

especially since there're so diferent people who own them

sometimes ppl sit on $50k domains and don't go anything with them, but when you ask them if it's for sale, they ask $500k

sometimes people are afraid to sell domains, they don't even trust escrow

it's not that easy as it sounds...
