Holy shit man, you are sounding stupider by the "second" Anyone with half a brain knows that VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA has one of the HIGHEST CRIME RATES IN NORTH AMERICA (per capita).... this is due to the overwhelming amount of heroin and cocaine that comes in through our ports, so it cab be shipped down to the U.S. And we have more Marijuana Grow Operations than ANY OTHER CITY IN THE WORLD! All of these things create many gangs... Bikers, triads, mob, russians, indo-canadians etc. We have lots of crime, just not as many welfare bumbs out on the street trying to jack you, or thump you (well, we do have some of those too)
