My feeling in the end was that parking and traffic would just be horrible for clients. Plus 30-35 per square foot was a bit more than we were looking to spend. We're far enough from downtown that it easy to get to and we have tons of parking for clients and ourselves....But at the same time, we're still in one of the nicest areas in Seattle. And only 10 minutes from home. win-win all the way!

$24 flat or is it a triple net lease? Either way, that's a nice chunk of change.
