The 20th century was so fast paced, most of the music, movies, TV shows, books, etc. are now recycled plots. It's hard to be innovative anymore. Everyone is desensitized... nothing is exciting anymore. Adult is heading in the same direction. Look at how extreme some sites are now, just to give people something new. We're only 10 years into the online adult industry and it's already harder than it used to be.
