If you look at the backlinks for both sites, they are identical. Look at the sites and they are linking to http://www.cairo.eun.eg, not imlive.net. Take a look:

As others mentioned, it is fake PR. With the redirect in place, the site isn't worth the $8 that was paid for it in the search engines. If you want to know how the trick is done, let me know. It's pretty simple and pointless.
