Miami I'am sure, Miami Beach, hardly ever.. the last shooting was an NFL player, the police shot him a few months back.. Only the celebrities ever get shot down here haha..
Miami Beach police love it, they have nothing to do ever, they send like 400 police cars to stuff like this so they can all see what's going on..
Better then guarding "publix" all day i guess.
