Getting stuff done in other countries is a bitch.

To all those that think a "lawsuit" is going to scrae anyone - especially someone from russia - you are mistaken.

I am not saying anything against the hun - he has a right to this name - even if it is a common word - for adult sites. He would/should win if it ever got to court. I can't even imagine how this would go in another country. The US passed a specific law on it, because trademark laws just weren't enough.

People think lawyers have all this power - they don't - especially outside their country.
