Yes I would do it again. Back in 2000 I broke out our actual adult operations and sold them to Global Intermedia. ARS (the affiliate management side / marketing side) of the business was sold to Innovative Ideas which I own.

Do you think if you had not broke out your adult operations would you still have had to make the necessary changes to remain solvent (was it a lack of control and/or the way Global Intermedia managed the sites that required the change)? OR ??
did the capital from the sale help you to continue to innovate?
