It doesn't matter how many people (you claim) witnessed the model release.

The judge will simply ask why you didn't just put the "shoot" off until she was of sound mind. Shooting someone who is clearly incapacitated is never a good thing and is often prosecuted. No matter what the ?witnesses? say happened before the shoot, everyone can see that she is clearly not coherent at the time you shot the pictures.

Especially YOU (the photographer) should have realized that she was drunk and nothing you have said will justify why you shot her in that state.

Just hope she doesn?t decide to prosecute.
