true... ARS is by far the most accomodating affiliate program I've ever delt with. My rep there back then was Laura, and she helped me out of sticky situations many times, and she always went out of her way anytime she could.
I would trust ARS with my kids! (if I had kids)
ARS never missed a payment, even when you told me yourself you were losing $20,000/week on my traffic!
