Again, simple. If someone has "sex filters" at work but is so concerned with other sites their employees are surfing then don't filter out, filter in. Employees shouldn't have the time to surf that many websites on the job, so have them request that sites they wish to view on the job be added to the "allowed" filter. Hell, if you're that concerned with your employees morality just disable all web access not required for the job.
