I bought my house as a fixer upper.... I got a really good price on it for that reason, I could prob sell and make 50k already. I had to do alot of work including fixing EVERY tape job on the drywall... pain in the ass... had to redo every room's ceiling etc... stuff like that, but a house sold across the street for 45k more the other day so I think i'm happy with my buy
give it 2 years keep on fixing in those 2 years and i'll be laughing
