I've been on the web a bit longer than you, and there are definite seasons: Summer slows down around mid-June and doesn't really get back up to speed till early October; There's a Christmas slowdown that consumes most of December and January; there's a tax-time slowdown that starts 2 or 3 weeks before Tax Day and lasts just long enough to give you a few weeks before the summer slowdown. There are short slowdowns on every national holiday as well.
In short, the real question should be "When AREN'T things slow?"
If you don't experience slowdowns, good for you. But don't speak for everyone.
