sounds like you give her TOO much actually. women like to "wonder" a bit. unfortunately, everyone likes the back and forth game.
calling her everyday is ok if for nothing else but to make sure she's ok. telling her all the time that you can't wait to see her can become a bit much to hear (even though we like it, it has to be in moderation) and going out all the time can become expected of you. try staying home every once in a while or doing something simple (i speak from the type a experience). change things up.
talk to her about your concerns that she isn't always there for you. don't go at her like you're reprimanding her but simply talk diplomatically.
if you don't see a change from anything you have done, then dump her. speaking from experience, once we know we have you things will not be the same. who wants a yes mama type of guy (or a yes sir type of girl for that matter....gets boring).
why buy the cow when you get the milk for free and can sneak off for cookies on the side.
