Somebody's gotta play Devil's advocate, so I guess I'll do it. No person can or will own the rights to the words 'thehun' I don't think. The guy that owns The Hun tgp can copyright/trademark 'thehun' but it will be a narrow definition that will cover exactly what he does. I can open a car dealership called "The Hun" and there is nothing he can do about it.

Not taking sides, and obviously this guy selling this name seems like a doofus, but any business person with an ounce of sense should know that you don't have to turn a domain name over because someone else claims it infringes their mark. You use the domain in a non-competing industry and seek a legal opinion.

Of course this is all my opinion based on my own research, so seek your own legal counsel if anyone ever tries to demand one of your domains. Any attorneys in the house want to chime in?
