Think in the end you can't for sure be anonymous. Always a risk that you could be dragged into court if there is a way of finding you out. Email leaves tracks.

Something about a person having the right to face his accuser comes to mind. Remember the constitution? I know it's fading fast. If the perv has $$$ and an expensive attorney then there is more of a chance

I'm not saying don't report the SOB. When anyone gets accused of CP, I think there is a rush to judgement. So be sure and then email in.

I also think telling an attorney and having them report it may give you some protection. How much, I'm not really sure. I'm not an attorney (thank god).
