theres a reason they spend ALOT on military, but if i remember correctly, they can't call it "military" theres another name for it...based on agreements made back in WW2
and get into public relations nightmares on a monthly basis...what was it last time....about some rock in the middle of the ocean, or drilling grounds?
plus the earthquakes...yikes!
