If you want to save money, hook up with some military friends and shop on base (if you are not already military yourself). Alcohol is alot cheaper on base and you have a lot more variety to choose from. Where abouts on Oki will you be staying? While you are there you have to get scuba certified, it is very inexpensive and probably the best thing I did while I was there (besides party my ass off).
