Testing is done very often. Every couple months I believe. But keep in mind HIV can't be detected until the body builds up enough anti-bodies to showup in the tests. There is a chance that someone recently infected with HIV could take a medical test and showup clean when infact they are not. I read this years ago, but maybe the tests now can detect things quicker.

Didn't Ron Jeremy say he fucked 3,000+ girls in his career and never caught a STD from any of them?
