I'm white, maybe I'd go with japanese if I had to pick a second race.
Tokyo has tons and tons of cool shit. Like looking 15 years into the future in some regards. The food & women are great as well.

Being a Native Indian would be my second choice. They get HUGE government payments for doing nothing.
Instead of using that money to buy booze & smokes (like most of them do) I would use that money to make money.
Put all your business in someones name like a girlfriend (but she would never have the passwords to anything) then throw half your insane welfare check at advertising your sites.
You could live fine & throw cash at your sites every month. Easy life.
