awesome! exactly what i did when i took the plunge to thailand... my old roomie ended up with some big screens, art, bedroom sets, steroes and a 21" computer monitor hahaha
i got SO LUCKY when my next door neighbor came over the the garage sale and was like 'oh, i always wanted a porsche, this one is cute, are you selling it?' (she was a chick)... it wasnt even detailed or ready to be sold yet and she ended up buying it the next week.... God was watching over me that week...
