I don't know. I had been sending little bits of traffic from my 404 pages for quite some time, no problem at all. After a year or so, the traffic built it's way up to 50 or so free joins and a few EZpasses a day. Shortly after they shut me down because they said my traffic didn't convert further from their mailings.
Again, they did pay me everything owed and even gave me a week to take my links down. I can't complain I was treated badly, because obviously I wasn't. I just wish I could still sell them on those pages, what I have there now doesn't convert as well.
