I run a couple of "mom and pop" goth sites, and am finally starting to get my referral program into shape... We pay (generally) 50% including recurring. I work closely with people (who want it) to help them promote the site, including providing content and so-forth.

The best thing to do is to send people to Blood Dolls. It has a more general appeal... That will send them to GothicAmateur.com. That actually converts goth traffic better, currently. Then, if they don't sign up, they get a trial offer which has been snagging a lot of people.
